Comfortor™ Dynamic Gel Cuff

Client Requirements:

A surgical tourniquet that would reduce skin trauma associated with existing products, and eliminate the need for extra padding.

Solutions:

  • Incorporate a cushioning gel layer on the skin-side of a two-layer inflatable unit. Pressure mapping confirms superior performance.
  • Multi-layered laminates for both a durable, resistant cover and soft, supple skin contact pad are integrated into the bladder, eliminating the need for additional pouches or covers.
