Client Requirements:

Louisville Slugger outlined performance specifications for their Air Attack bat which offered unprecedented power and control.

Solutions:

  • Created a high-pressure bladder configuration, which allowed for thinner aluminum wall construction that resulted in a lighter swing weight and more lively response.
  • Co-developed a unique film/fabric laminate material that minimizes vapor transmission from the bladder, thereby maximizing performance life.
