Dielectrics can design and implement as strict a control protocol as you require. For example, we manage programs for surgical devices where we develop the testing protocol, perform 100% inspection, and actually design and build the QC testing equipment needed to evaluate each finished piece.

Dielectrics offers state of the art manufacturing capabilities located in a 130MSF facility. The company believes it operates one of the most technically diverse and advanced RF welding facility of scale in the world. Dielectrics' plant includes over 150 RF welding machines in addition to a wide array of supporting manufacturing capabilities including printing, final product assembly and filling (gels), among others.
