Dielectrics' domestic manufacturing is contained within a 130,000 sq. ft. facility in Western Massachusetts and offers three environments for manufacturing: Class 7 and Class 8 clean rooms, and  general manufacturing areas. Dielectrics primarily manufactures OEM medical devices and components made from thermoplastic materials. A pilot production environment is dedicated to short-run manufacturing requirements.

 

Our capabilities include Radio Frequency,  Thermal, Impulse, and Ultrasonic welding, as well as, Vacuum Forming and auxiliary processes such as printing, cutting, bonding, and sewing. Dielectrics designs all tooling and equipment in house and will create a process suitable for your product. With many years of experience in the design and build of manufacturing systems and processes, the company can provide the best solution for the scale and cost targets of your products.

Our services include program management, pre-sterile packaging, sterilization management, validation processes, process development, and rapid prototyping.  Supply chain management includes standard and custom manufactured components, inventory control, and import / export activities.

Dielectrics applies a variety of manufacturing techniques including Continuous Improvement programs to systematically reduce costs. The client and the company typically work closely together to create the most efficient and lowest total cost supply chain environment for the project.

 

The facility is certified to ISO 13485:2003 and FDA registered (#1220351).
