U.S. Manufacturing

Dielectrics domestic manufacturing is contained within a 130,000 sq. ft. facility in Western Massachusetts and offers three environments for manufacturing: Class 7 and Class 8 clean rooms, and  general manufacturing areas. Dielectrics primarily manufactures OEM medical products and components made from thermoplastic materials.

Dielectrics designs all their tooling and equipment in house and will create a process suitable for your product. With many years of experience in the design and build of manufacturing systems and processes, the company can create the best solution for the scale and cost targets of your products.

Most of the products we make involve some type of thermoplastic bonding/welding operation, accomplished with radio frequency, thermal, impulse, or ultrasonic equipment. We also thermoform, C+C/die cut, spot laminate, and perform auxiliary processes such as printing, bonding, sewing, assembly, final packaging, and fulfillment. We typically provide full project management, including supply chain management of third party components (off-the-shelf and custom materials). A pilot production environment is dedicated to short-run manufacturing and commercialization projects.

Dielectrics applies a variety of manufacturing techniques to improve and cost-reduce manufacturing processes. The client and the company typically work closely together to create the most efficient and lowest total cost supply chain environment for the project.

The facility is certified to 13485: 2003 and 9001:2000.
